SPO (Strengthening Participatory Organization) invites sealed bids and tenders from well-reputed and registered companies for the Construction of 100 Houses, Community Halls, Masjid and Children’s Park in Jarwar Bridge area, near the Uch gas field in District Sohbatpur, Balochistan.

Interested companies are requested to submit their sealed bids before 1700 hrs, Tuesday, 25^th November 2025. Each bid must accompany refundable earnest money (i.e. a draft of 5% of the total offered value).  No bids will be accepted without earnest money. SPO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason thereof. Sealed bids will be opened at 1400 hrs. on Wednesday, 26th November 2025.

Note: Please be informed that the earnest money requirement has been revised. Bidders are now required to submit 2% of the total quoted amount as refundable earnest money instead of 5% mentioned earlier
