CARE Pakistan invites proposals from qualified individual consultants or consulting firms to develop practical, women-centered digital training content integrating AI-powered tools for marketing, content creation, market information, and financial literacy, with a strong focus on digital safeguarding.

The consultancy will support women-led micro and small enterprises by designing simple, mobile-friendly, and low-literacy-appropriate content in Urdu, to be converted into online video tutorials for dissemination through CARE’s digital platforms. The training content will cover the practical use of tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, and CapCut, alongside essential financial literacy topics including budgeting, savings, financial planning, and protection against digital financial frauds and scams.

The assignment will require close coordination with CARE Pakistan’s program team and the delivery of contextualized, self-learning training modules, a structured curriculum framework, and a brief consultancy completion report.

Duration: Approximately 25 January 2026 to 10 February 2026
Eligibility: Individual consultants or firms with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in developing digital, AI-enabled, entrepreneurship, or financial literacy training content, preferably for women entrepreneurs and development programs.
