Job Description:
The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:
A. Security Management
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments of district offices and field offices.
- Identify and address potential threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain site security plans and evacuation procedures.
- Ensure proper functioning of access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarms, and lighting.
- Supervise security guards (in-house or outsourced) and ensure their proper deployment, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate with contracted security firms to ensure compliance with organizational standards and agreements.
- Organize duty rosters, attendance, and shift schedules for guards.
- Conduct briefings and on-job training sessions for security personnel.
- Respond promptly to all security incidents, alarms, or emergencies and ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
- Maintain incident reports and logs for all security-related events.
- Support management during investigations of theft, loss, or security breaches.
- Maintain close coordination with local police, Levies, and other law enforcement agencies.
- Participate in security coordination meetings with government and other organizations.
- Keep Manager Security informed on security developments and potential threats in the district offices.

Qualification & Experience
Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience of security focal person in any reputable organization
