Job Description:
The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:
Specific Responsibilities:
HR Management:
- Plan and devise strategic campaigns and guidelines for recruiting suitable candidates for a required job description. Serve as a mediator between the employer and the candidate and communicate company policies and terms of the contract to the candidate before he/she is hired.
- Develop an orientation/training program for each new employee, according to the skill set required for their job. The program design must contribute towards employee motivation and retention.
- Advise to Management and develop a policy of generating timely appraisal reports and a review of the same by the authorities. The appraisal system must have a feedback and reward mechanism to motivate employee and improve performance
- Create, implement, Manage and supervise policies/regulations, which are mandatory for every employee and also have knowledge of its appropriate functioning.
- The HR manual should periodically be reviewed and kept updated.
- Advise and manage the JDs of every position in the Organization. Keep a close coordination will managers at all levels to make changes in expectations from direct reports as and when a need arises.
- Supervise and ensure that employee records are kept up to date.
- Supervise and ensure accuracy in the finalization of monthly payroll, overtime and or/deductions.
- Supervise and ensure that office attendance procedures are accurately executed and reported.
- Intervene in conflicts amongst employees or between employee and management and help map out a solution.
Administration:
- Supervise the procurement section and ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with the policy guidelines. An active participation in purchase committee and close coordination with Finance department to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
- Ensure all procurement are made as per procurement plan with economy efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification & Experience
Master’s Degree in Administration / HR or equivalent field, with 10 Years of Experience in Administration and HR management
