Job Description:

The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:

• Monthly Reviews of each scheme.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Senior Engineer.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports/documents to Senior Engineer to ensure timely releases.
• Provide feedback to Senior Engineer on current CPI schemes as well as new CPI schemes.
• Strong liaison through regular interactions with communities, UC Administration, Public representatives and other stakeholders at district level.
• Conduct Technical feasibility of subprojects.
• Close coordination for Social feasibility, simultaneous to Technical feasibility and to ensure effective Social Organization input.
• Provide Input and feedback to Senior Engineer on Infrastructure related matters of the district.
• Provide Technical input in procurement process to project implementation committee at district level
• Train, and Coach project management committees.

Qualification & Experience

BE Civil engineer with 3 years of relevant experience in community based physical infrastructure projects
