Job Description:
The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the program at the field office level, ensuring all activities are implemented according to project plans and timelines.
- Ensure that all field-level activities are carried out in compliance with the program’s objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the District Project Coordinator to ensure that filed activities are aligned with organizational strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of field-level activities, including beneficiary data, financial transactions, and progress reports.
- Provide timely updates and reports to the District Project Coordinator.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise in the implementation of activities at the field level.
- Resolve conflicts and address challenges in coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of program activities.
Qualification & Experience
Master’s / Graduation degree or equivalent in a related field and 3 years of relevant working Experience in field office management and supervising the field teams.
Note: For all district based positions, the applicants from the respective districts will be given preference.
