Educational Qualifications & Subject Skills
- A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in education or a related discipline
- Experience in curriculum design and blended learning
- Familiarity with the framework of SLOs in the National Curriculum in order to align curriculum packages with the National Curriculum
- Capacity to design formal and informal content and processes by which learners gain knowledge, develop skills, and alter attitudes
- Relevant subject discipline knowledge may be advantageous
Work Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in lesson planning and classroom delivery
- Experience in designing resource materials and writing formative and summative assessments
Other Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills as well strong research skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team and meet tight deadlines
- Managerial experience at a learning institution may be required
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Skype and web-based project management sites
