Position Objectives: |
||
The Data Reporting Officer will ensure that information supporting all programme sectors—including Health, WASH, Cash-Based Interventions (CBIs), climate vulnerability and adaptation, Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System (IDSRS), and emergency responses collected, organized, analyzed, and disseminated effectively to all relevant stakeholders. The Data Reporting Officer will work closely with donor teams at both provincial and district levels, providing robust data management, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and strengthen programme outcomes. |

Support field teams across all sectors (Health, WASH, CBIs, climate adaptation, IDSRS, and emergency response) in collecting, consolidating, and validating baseline, midline, and endline data from targeted communities |
|

Work closely with provincial and district programme teams to ensure activities in all thematic areas are implemented according to plan and within agreed timelines. |
|
3 |
Provide timely and accurate project reports, including sector-specific progress updates, lessons learned, and case studies |
|
4 |
Maintain effective working relationships with focal points across all programme sectors and relevant external partners |
|
5 |
Prepare regular reports on activities, outputs, and outcomes for all thematic areas, ensuring data is disaggregated where necessary (e.g., gender, age, location) |
|
6 |
Familiarize with organization, NDMA, and other relevant sectoral frameworks, guidelines, and standards for Health, WASH, CBIs, climate change adaptation, and emergency response. |

7 |
Should have PMER Background & Provide technical support to the PMER department in data collection, analysis, and reporting across all programme components. |
|
8 |
Develop, review, and disseminate information products (dashboards, infographics, sectoral briefs) highlighting programme achievements and developments. |
|
9 |
Maintain comprehensive databases for community structures (e.g., VHCs, volunteer networks i.e Genral. ICCM, CBS, CEA) and monitor progress across all intervention sectors. |
|
10 |
Provide support to – PM & Health Officer in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and monitoring visit reports. |
|
11 |
Ensure accurate record-keeping for programme supplies, cash assistance distributions, and signed MoUs with relevant stakeholder |
|

He will be responsible to maintain the record of Health & WASH supplies and signing of MoUs with relevant stakeholders |
|
12 |
Track programme indicators and deliverables across multiple sectors, ensuring progress is clearly reflected in indicator tracking tables (ITTs). |

Work closely with the data management team and relevant authorities to ensure effective use of DHIS2, IDSRS, and other data platforms |

14 |
Monitor and track progress toward project goals, reporting key findings and recommendations to the manager. |

15 |
Maintain a beneficiary feedback database for all programme components, integrating community perspectives into programme improvement. |
|
16 |
Integrate climate vulnerability considerations into programme data analysis and reporting, identifying trends and risks impacting health systems and communities |
|
Undertake all such duties and accountabilities not listed above as required based on programmatic needs by the management. |

Education |

Masters/ 16 years education in Statistics, Social Sciences/ Management or in relevant field from HEC recognized Institute / University. |
