Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree from HEC Recognized Institution
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization. Experience of working in Oil & Gas Sector will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:.
- Assist respective Incharge / Department head in execution of all duties.
- Dealing with Collective Bargaining Agents.
- Handing Labor Contracts and Apprentices.
- Incident and accident reporting with Mines Directorate.
- Interpreting and advising on Labor Laws.
- Coordination with Local Administration.
- Handling Labor Canteen.
- Preparation and Maintenance of Mines Act Register.
- Involvement in Legal Cases.
- Dealing in Accommodation matters.
- Compiling and preparation of mess registers / bills.
- Arrangements for functions and ceremonies.
- Preparation of Contractors’ monthly bills.
- Preparation of WWPF payment lists.
- Routine mess purchases.
- Pension and Gratuity matters.
- Handling Insurance and Death Claims.
- Liaison with EOBI and preparation of monthly EOBI contribution details.
