Work with the Pathfinder team to develop micro workplan

/ activity Gantt chart and initiate meetings with the relevant provincial government

Ensure timely reporting on FP indicators under the NHSP.

Ensure        timely      assisting     in      the                    development             and implementation of strategies to improve the accuracy and

completeness of FP indicator data

Desk review/detail review of relevant/necessary documents and/or reports

 

Detail report on the review of NHSP- PC-1 and TA Plan.

Notification of inclusion of PPFP/ PAFP indicators in LHW MIS Punjab

To work closely with the PMU / PD / Deputy PD of the National Health Support Program (NHSP) Punjab to collaborating with Pathfinder and IRMNCH staff to identify and address challenges related to the inclusion of PPFP/

PAFP indicators in LHW tools

Initiate/conduct                       consultative technical workshops/meetings with the provincial government to understand specific requirements, and provide technical support to include PPFP/ PAFP indicators in LHW MIS and implementation of NHSP program, and supporting the development and dissemination of training materials and

resources for LHWs on PPFP/ PAFP indicators.

 

Technical consultative workshop/meeting report with proper outcomes, recommendations, and way forward

Prepare review desks/presentations for fortnightly / monthly reviews of progress on various DLIs

Detailed performance review meeting reports/ reviews

Participation in meetings related to NHSP, requiring provincial presence.

Submission of consolidated reports on participation in meetings related

to NHSP

Coordination between the Government, Pathfinder, World Bank, and other stakeholders/partners working for the

NHSP

Submission of consolidated reports on coordination with relevant stakeholders, monitoring visits, and other

Submission of monitoring visit reports to the Provincial Government and Pathfinder for further improvement

Recommendation for the department on future on the continued / sustainable approach

 

Final TAs/ implementation report with a sustainable plan, future recommendations/action plans

Ensure NSHP-related documentation through a proper filing

mechanism.

Review of work performed under various TAs provided to the Government for NHSP through Pathfinder.





Eligibility:

  1. Public health professional with at least 10 years of experience working in Punjab.
  2. Ability to work independently and deliver according to deadlines in previous assignments

Associate Consultant:

  1. Provision of day-to-day technical support to the PMU/PD/Deputy PD of the National Health Support Program (NHSP)
  2. Preparation of meeting notes, minutes, and follow-up actions
  3. Data analysis, and preparation of presentations, concept papers, etc. as per requirement
    1. Drafting of notifications and letters, under the guidance of Government stakeholders and consultant
  4. Support to consultant in coordination with the Government and partners

Qualification:

  • Master in Public Health/ MBBS from a reputable university
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Preference to work previously with IRMNCH Punjab.
