The Delegation of the European Union to Pakistan is inviting expressions of interest from qualified and experienced event management firms for the organization of Eurovillage 2025.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work is divided into two components:
- Component 1: Event Management
This includes planning and coordinating Eurovillage 2025, branding, designing layouts, managing stalls, organizing engaging activities, coordinating with various partners, and providing a dedicated support team for smooth event execution. The event aims to reflect the shared partnership of Europe and Pakistan, with a strong emphasis on accessibility and inclusivity for all visitors.
- Component 2: Sound & Stage Management
This includes the complete setup and management of the sound systems, stage construction, lighting design, LED screens, and managing the concert and performances. This role will also require the coordination of all stage activities, including rehearsals, live performances, and ensuring a seamless experience for the audience.
