Normeca International AS invites “Nurse” to work in connection with the launch of our project in Pakistan “Mobile Multi Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital” under the management of the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) and in cooperation with the Government in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The clinics will cover general diagnostic and minor surgical procedures, and they are all located in large mobile trailers. The clinics are fully equipped with modern medical equipment and ancillary units such as kitchen, laundry, dining room, conference rooms, etc. The Clinics are operating in KPK and Sindh Regions.
Normeca International AS is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse to join our team. This role is essential in our mission to provide quality medical care to the rural areas of Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care and supporting patients through various stages of their treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, wound care, and other nursing procedures.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention & Hygiene.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients by providing compassionate care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in managing medical supplies and equipment.
- Participate in continuing education and stay updated with best nursing practices.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling mobile medical units at various locations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license.
- Proven experience as a Nurse.
- Strong knowledge of nursing care methods, procedures, and emergency care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in non-standard conditions in rural areas.
