 Job Summary:

The Cook is responsible for delivering safe, fresh, and hygienic food to the office employees and guests. You will be responsible to facilitate meetings/workshops’ participants by delivering quality food and services and support to office maintenance in daily task when required.

 Primary Responsibilities: 

We are seeking a professional and dependable Office Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our office premises, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the premises, enforcing security policies, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol the office building and surrounding areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or security breaches.
  • Regularly check the security of doors, windows, and entrances to ensure they are secure.
  • Ensure all security equipment (e.g., cameras, alarms) is functioning properly and report any malfunctions to management.
  • Manage access control by checking the identification of visitors, and contractors entering the premises.
  • Issue visitor passes, ensuring all visitors sign in and are escorted to the appropriate areas.
  • Maintain a log of all visitors for records.
  • Respond to emergencies, security breaches, or suspicious activities promptly and professionally.
  • Report any non-compliance or safety hazards to management for further action.
  • Greet employees, visitors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide support during workplace emergencies, ensuring staff safety until the arrival of emergency services.
  • Monitor the exterior of the building and parking lot for any suspicious activity.
  • Ensure the parking lot is secure, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and no unauthorized vehicles are on the premises.
  • Ensure all emergency exits are accessible and clearly marked.

 

Minimum Qualifications: (copies of documentation should be supplied for all professional certifications, etc)

 

  • Education: Matriculation
  • 3- years’ Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar security role, preferably in an office or corporate environment.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to patrol premises regularly

  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to function well in a team setting.
